Starting from July 1, 2026, Duke Kunshan University will officially implement a charging policy for event-related IT/AV technical support services. Detailed pricing information can be found via the Event Support Pricing Reference link.
Please submit requests for IT/AV technical support for various DKU events via Formstack link. To ensure sufficient time for staffing and resource planning, all requesting departments are required to submit their requests at least 3 business days in advance and obtain approval from their direct supervisor prior to submission.
