A charge for IT/AV event support is established to promote responsible use of limited resources. This reference is provided to help estimate event support costs during annual budget planning.
An event is defined as a group activity that requires IT personnel support for equipment setup, operation, monitoring, or emergency technical assistance.
Issues encountered during normal classroom sessions or routine business meetings using existing room equipment are handled by the IT Service Desk during business hours and do not incur event support charges.
Sponsorship and Billing
Events sponsored by external organizations outside DKU will be charged at the full rate.
- Events partially or fully funded by DKU may receive up to a 50% discount.

External equipment rental and external personnel costs will be billed separately.
