DKU IT Office is pleased to announce that, starting from June 1, 2026, selected campus rooms can be booked directly through Outlook desktop client or EMS web app.

https://it.dukekunshan.edu.cn/who-can-book-what-rooms/ - We encourage users to use self-service booking. To provide a smooth transition to the new booking method, DKU Space Reservation will continue accepting reservation requests until the fall of 2026
Rooms NOT available for self-booking
- Academic space, including classrooms and team rooms
- Event space such as the ballroom, AB auditorium and other similar facilities
- Meeting rooms designated for specific purposes
- For these spaces, please continue to contact DKU Space Reservation

Please note
- Some rooms can be booked via both Outlook desktop client and EMS web app, while some rooms can be booked only via EMS web app. The up-to-date room list link above includes these details
- Meeting rooms and music rooms can be reserved for use within the next 180 days. Study rooms and data visualization workshop can be reserved for use within the next 7 days
